Application of Other Agreements. 1. If a matter is governed by both this Agreement and another International Agreement to which both Contracting Parties are signatories, or by general rules of international law, the most favorable provisions shall apply to the Contracting Parties and their investors.
Application of Other Agreements. The Agreement is supplemental to Depositor’s Regions Deposit Account Agreement with the Bank. All provisions of the Regions Deposit Account Agreement will apply to transactions through the Account, except that if there is any conflict between the terms of the Regions Deposit Account Agreement and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement will control. The terms of any Multi-Currency Transaction Account Authorization shall also govern Depositor’s Multi-Currency Transaction Accounts. The Funds Transfer Agreement entered into between the Bank and the Depositor will govern wire transfers. The Foreign Exchange Authorization entered into between the Bank and the Depositor will govern Foreign Exchange transactions.
Application of Other Agreements. ① These terms and conditions are used in conjunction with the Standard Agreement on Electronic Financial Transaction. In case of conflict, these terms and conditions supersede. ② For other matters not provided these terms and conditions and General Terms and Conditions for Electronic Financial Transaction, the Electronic Financial Transaction Act, the Enforcement Decree thereof, Regulation on the Supervision of Electronic Finance and its detailed rules will be applied, if there is no other agreement. Application of Other Agreements. The Parties affirm their rights and obligations pursuant to the WTO, the AGP and other multilateral agreements negotiated under the auspices of the WTO. In the event of any in- consistency between this Agreement and any agreement between the Parties other than those multilateral agreements mentioned above, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or agreed by the Par- ties in writing.

From time to time, County and AIRLINE may enter into separate agreements applicable to the exclusive, preferential, or nonexclusive use by AIRLINE of designated Airport facilities. Application of Other Agreements. The application of other agreements, if any, signed prior to the effective date of this Memorandum of Agreement and referring specifically to a certain seniority District or home Territory, as described in Articles 5.21 to 5.28 of Collective Agreement 1.4, will continue but only on the specific District or home Territory described in each such agreement until otherwise changed or cancelled. This agreement is not to alter or expand rights or obligations established between the parties in any agreements for a particular seniority District or home Territory unless otherwise specified.
