Application and Documentation. You acknowledge and agree that the Application is provided under licence, and not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership in and to the Application or the Documentation under this Agreement, or any other rights to the Application or the Documentation other than to access and use the Application and the Documentation in accordance with the licence granted under this Agreement, subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions as detailed in the Agreement. As between the parties, Let’s Split shall retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application and the Documentation and all intellectual property rights arising out of or relating to the Application and the Documentation, subject to the licence expressly granted hereunder. You shall safeguard all the Application and the Documentation (including all copies thereof) from infringement, misappropriation, theft, misuse or unauthorized access.
