An Employee involved or injured in a work place accident may, at the discretion of the Employer, be required to submit to a drug test. It is agreed that under certain circumstances, an Employee whose work performance and/or behavioral conduct indicates that they are not in a physical condition that would permit the Employee to perform a job safely and efficiently will be subject to a urine, blood, or Breathalyzer test to determine the presence of alcohol or drugs in the body (“for-cause” testing), provided:

  • An Employee (other than a casual employee) required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of the employee’s attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage the employee would have received in respect of the ordinary time the employee would have worked had the employee not been on jury service.
