Amount of Payment During leave. The total of the payments to be made to a participant in accordance with clause 4.2 during a leave of absence shall be the deferred compensation amount retained by the Board, but less any monies required by law to be paid by the Board for or on behalf of the participant. The participant shall not receive any salary from the Board during the leave other than the deferred compensation amount.

Amount of Payment During leave. The salary to be paid to a Participant during a Leave of Absence shall be related to the monies retained by the School Division in accordance with clause 3.1 for such Participants, but less any deductions made by the School Division under clause 5.1 and any monies required by law to be paid by the School Division for or on behalf of a Participant. During the period of leave, a Participant may not receive any salary or wages from the School Division or any other person or partnership with whom the School Division does not deal at arm's length except as provided in clause 6801(a) (iii) (A) or (B) of the Regulations.

  • Amount of Payment The “Early Termination Payment” payable to a Member pursuant to Section 4.3(a) shall equal the present value, discounted at the Early Termination Rate as determined as of the Early Termination Reference Date, of all Tax Benefit Payments that would be required to be paid by the Corporation to such Member, whether payable with respect to Units that were Exchanged prior to the Early Termination Effective Date or on or after the Early Termination Effective Date, beginning from the Early Termination Effective Date and using the Valuation Assumptions.
