Amount of Grant. The initial amount of this grant is not to exceed Forty-one Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-four dollars ($41,374.00) for eligible preliminary project costs and/or land/easement acquisition. A grant amendment to cover the balance of eligible project costs will be provided after construction bids are received.
Amount of Grant. The amount of this grant is Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000); provided, however, that in the event state funds available to the Commission under §305.230 RSMo are reduced so that the Commission is incapable of completely satisfying its obligations to all the Sponsors for the current state fiscal year, the Commission may recompute and reduce this grant. The designation of this grant does not create a lump sum quantity contract, but rather only represents the amount of funding available for qualifying expenses. In no event will the Commission provide the Sponsor funding for work that is not actually performed. The release of all funding under this Agreement is subject to review and approval of all project expenses to ensure that they are qualifying expenses under this program.
Amount of Grant. The Commission awards the Grantee the sum of eleven thousand six hundred twenty-four dollars ($11,624) during the period from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022.

In consideration of the Grantee’s satisfactory completion of all work and services required to be performed under the terms of this Agreement, and in compliance with all other Agreement requirements herein stated, the Division shall pay to the Grantee a sum not to exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($750,000.00). The funds are to be expended in accordance with the budget attached as Exhibit “1-C”, which is incorporated by this reference as if set forth fully herein, and in accordance with the purposes designated in Exhibit “1-A”. Grantee’s expenditure of these monies shall not deviate from the line items of said budget without the parties executing an amendment in accordance with Article V.
Amount of Grant. The amount of the Grant payable in respect of each Eligible BMP Activity shall be calculated in accordance with the Cost Determination set out in the Funding List for the Funding Category in which the Eligible BMP Activity falls. The amount of the Grant payable to the Eligible Applicant for each Eligible BMP Activity is set out in the Eligible BMP Activity and Payment Schedule.
Amount of Grant. The Washington State Legislature appropriated four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00). Of this appropriation, the total funds available to the GRANTEE for reimbursement of eligible costs shall be three hundred eighty-eight thousand dollars ($388,000.00). The AGENCY shall retain three percent (3.0%) of the appropriation, which is twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00) as the cost of administering the grant and this Contract.
Amount of Grant. The Commission agrees to reimburse the Sponsor up to Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars ($15,588); provided, however, that in the event that state funds available to the Commission under section 305.230 RSMo are reduced so that the Commission is unable to completely satisfy its obligations to all Cities for the current state fiscal year, the Commission may recompute and reduce this grant. The designation of this grant does not create a lump sum quantity contract, but rather only represents the amount of funding available for qualifying expenses to operate the Tower during the period of October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016. The release of all funding under this Agreement is subject to the Commission’s review and approval of all project expenses to ensure that they are qualifying expenses under this program. The grant funds in this paragraph not expended or duly obligated during the project time period shall be released for use in other projects under §305.230 RSMo.
Amount of Grant. In reliance on Grantee’s application for grant funding, and all representations and warranties made by Grantee herein, the County agrees to pay to Grantee an amount not to exceed $___________ (“Grant Funds”) disbursable in accordance with Paragraph 5 of this Agreement.
