Grant Funding. A. The State shall fund this Grant in the amount of $1,500.00. The approved Project Budget is set forth as Exhibit B of this Grant Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Grantee shall not spend more than the amount for each line item in the Project Budget without the prior written consent of the State, nor shall the Project costs funded by this Grant Agreement and those funded by any local and/or private share be changed or modified without the prior written consent of the State.
Grant Funding. Any contract entered into by the County that is to be paid from grant funds shall be limited to payment from the grant funding, and the Offeror understands that the County has not set aside any County funds for the payment of obligations under a grant contract. If grant funding should become unavailable at any time for the continuation of services paid for by the grant, and further funding cannot be obtained for the contract, then the contract shall be null and void. Additionally, County contracts subject to assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), require inclusion of the contract terms found in Appendix “H”. It is the County’s intention to comply with FEMA requirements; therefore, any conflict in terms should be resolved as such.
Grant Funding. A. IOCS shall fund this grant during its Term. The Project Budget is set forth within Exhibit A. The Grantee shall not make substantial modifications to any line item in the Project Budget without the prior written consent of IOCS, nor shall the Project costs funded by this Grant Agreement and those funded by any local and/or private share be changed or modified without the prior written consent of IOCS.
Grant Funding. Applicant District shall receive funding in the amount listed on the Application within thirty (30) days of District’s receipt of a fully-executed Agreement.
Grant Funding. If the PARTNER pays for any of the Work with funds received by the PARTNER as a grant, or on any other terms, from any source, including the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The City of Philadelphia, including any department or agency thereof, or from any private charity or foundation, then the PARTNER shall comply with the terms of the applicable grant contract. Grant Funding. In consideration for the performance by Sponsoring Institution of its obligations under this Agreement, and subject to LLS’s rights to withhold funding and/or terminate this Agreement as described in this Agreement, LLS will provide Sponsoring Institution grant funding in accordance with the Cover Sheet. Sponsoring Institution acknowledges that it must limit indirect costs as set forth in the Cover Sheet. Sponsoring Institution will not be obligated to expend funds in excess of those provided under this Agreement to conduct the Sponsored Research.

A copy of the grant, if any, is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
