Claims shall include receipted invoices and any supporting accounting documents which clearly demonstrates claim against Eligible Expenditure.
The Grant Recipient must provide the Authority with evidence of the costs/payments, which are classified as Eligible Expenditure in condition 5.2, which may include (but will not be limited to) receipts and invoices or any other documentary evidence specified by the Authority.
The Authority will only pay the Grant to the Grant Recipient in respect of Eligible Expenditure incurred by the Grant Recipient to deliver the Funded Activities.
Eligible Expenditure: expenditure incurred by the Recipient within the categories set out in the Schedule to these terms and conditions.
The Grant Recipient must retain all invoices, receipts, accounting records and any other documentation (including but not limited to, correspondence) relating to the Eligible Expenditure; income generated by the Funded Activities during the Funding Period for a period of 7 years from the date on which the Funding Period ends.
