Project Closeout a. Participate in final inspection to prepare punch lists for project contractor to correct and/or to complete listed items. Verify that items on punch lists have been completed successfully assist COUNTY Project Manager or designee to determine completion date and coordinate project close out.
Project Closeout. The Recipient agrees that Project closeout does not alter the reporting and record retention requirements of this Section 8 of the Master Agreement.
Project Closeout. During project closeout, MPHA will visit the project site only twice for any corrective action that may be necessary. The first time will be to inspect completion and create a list of items that need to be corrected (punch list). Once MPHA is notified by the Contractor of successfully completing and correcting all of the items on the lunch list, MPHA will inspect a second time. At this point if there are still deficiencies in the workmanship or items that have not been corrected that would require further action on the Contractor and MPHA to inspect subsequent times, the Contractor will be charged $250.00 per site visit. This should not be construed as a penalty, but rather a means to ensure the project is completed in an efficient manner.
Project Closeout. Project closeout occurs when City notifies the Consultant that City has closed the Project, and either forwards the final payment or acknowledges that the Consultant has remitted the proper refund. The Consultant agrees that Project closeout by City does not invalidate any continuing requirements imposed by the Agreement or any unmet requirements set forth in a written notification from City

Part 19, as applicable, have been completed, and when FRA notifies the Grantee and forwards the final Federal assistance payment, or when FRA acknowledges the Grantee's remittance of the proper refund. Project closeout shall not invalidate any continuing obligations imposed on the Grantee by this Agreement or by the FRA's final notification or acknowledgment.

As-Built Drawings - Prior to Final Acceptance, the Developer shall submit as-built plans / as- built drawings of the improvements installed as part of the Project, including but not limited to: the potable water system, the sanitary sewer system, the drainage/detention/stormwater management system, landscaping, irrigations system, photometric plan, and streets including curbs and gutters and sidewalks, signed and sealed by a Design Professional, confirming that the installed improvements are in compliance with Town Regulations and the approved Final Project Documents.

The Grantee agrees that Project closeout by XXXXXX does not invalidate any continuing requirements imposed by the Agreement or any unmet requirements set forth in a written notification from SANDAG.
