Amendment of Fees. In the event there are amendments to the Fees, PRC will apply the fee that was in place for the registration period in question.
Amendment of Fees. With the approval of the Ministerial Council, the Joint Authority may change the fees specified in this Part to reflect any changes in the costs of administration. Those changes in fees shall not be made more frequently than once a year and shall not be applied retrospectively.

Amendment of Fees. MediKredit may from time to time amend the PAF after consultation with Pharmacy representative bodies by giving the Pharmacy 60 (sixty) days’ prior written notice.

The Supplier may increase the Subscription Fee once a contractual year with effect as of the beginning of the following contractual year, such increase not to exceed the effective rate of inflation (as measured by the consumer price index (Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise) published by the Swiss Federal Statistical Office (Bundesamt für Statistik)) plus 5% in any given year. The Supplier shall announce such Subscription Fee increase to the Customer three months in advance.

Section I of Schedule B of the Loan Agreement shall be and hereby is replaced with the following: Revolving Line of Credit Commitment Fee: $7,500.00 payable at Closing Unused Revolving Line of Credit Fee: 0.20% per annum of daily average of unadvanced amounts under Revolving Line of Credit Loan (based upon full availability of $15,000,000.00), determined and payable quarterly in arrears.
Amendment of Fees. The County and Network Provider do hereby agree to amend the Fees under the Agreement, effective October 1, 2015, to be the Fees as set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporate herein for all purposes.
