Discounts. The discounts offered and the methodology for their application are:

Purchases of prepaid lead bundles are nonrefundable, even after cancellation of membership.
Discounts. Employee and his immediate family will be entitled to a minimum 20% discount for all merchandise purchased at Company’s stores.
Discounts. Any special offers, promotional deals and money-off vouchers (hereinafter the “Discounts”) shall only be valid during the period of validity and subject to the conditions of each offer. Discounts may not under any circumstance be converted into a sum of money which is reimbursable or payable to the Customer. Discounts may only be used by the Customer to whom they are granted and shall not be transferable to third parties. They shall be subtracted from the value of the Customer’s Order including VAT but excluding the costs of shipping and delivering the Order. Unless otherwise mentioned in a specific Discount offer, the Customer shall be barred from using several Discounts cumulatively when placing a given Order. Where the Customer mentions their possession of several Discounts on the Web Site concurrently, the Customer shall only be able to use the Discount of the largest amount for the same Order. For all Reductions, the Initial Price is the price of the product at launch and the Prior Price corresponds to the one defined by the English law in force, in particular regarding successive reductions.
Discounts. 12.1 All quantity discounts shall accrue to the Owner. All trade discounts, rebates and refunds, and all returns from the sale of surplus materials and equipment shall be credited to the Owner. All prompt payment discounts of the Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) material/equipment shall be accrued to the Owner.
