Agency Shop Clause and Check-Off. (a) All employees shall, as a condition of employment, be required to make periodic tender of money to the Union. The first such tender is to be made in the first full payroll period following receipt by Company of the signed dues authorization form, provided that it is understood that no employee shall be required to sign such form prior to his 30th day of employment. Upon written request to the union the employee shall receive a refund if she/he is terminated prior to completion of the ninety (90) day probation period. Failure of an employee to comply with this requirement shall, upon written request of the Union, result in the termination of such employee. This Section shall not preclude any employee who wishes to voluntarily become a member of the Union from doing so.

  • Final Clauses 24.1 This Agreement will enter into force upon signature by both Parties and shall remain in force until completion of all obligations of the Parties under this Agreement.
