General Clauses definition

General Clauses. The following clauses apply to this contract. In some instances, these general clauses have been expanded upon in other sections of this contract. To the extent that other provisions of the contract provide more specificity than these general clauses, the more specific provision shall control.

Examples of General Clauses in a sentence

  • The time under hire shall start at the time the equipment begins traveling to the incident after being ordered by the Government, and end at the estimated time of arrival back to the point of hire after being released, except as provided in Clause 7 of these General Clauses.

Related to General Clauses

  • Model Clauses means the standard contractual clauses annexed to the EU Commission Decision 2010/87/EU of 5 February 2010 for the transfer of Personal Data to Processors established in third countries under the EU Directives and any amendment, replacement or renewal thereof by the European Commission.
