Tax Form definition
Tax Form means the forms, certificates and other documentation in Section 10.22, and any other form, certificate, or other documentation that (i) is reasonably requested in writing by the Co-Obligors’ Agent, which written request shall be accompanied by copies of all relevant documentation and instructions, and if applicable English translations of the same, (ii) the Administrative Agent, such L/C Issuer or such Lender, as the case may be, is legally entitled to deliver, (iii) is required to be provided under applicable Law to avoid or reduce Taxes with respect to payments under any Credit Document, and (iv) does not require the disclosure of information that the Administrative Agent, such L/C Issuer or such Lender, as the case may be and in each case in its reasonable discretion, deems to be confidential or proprietary (provided that the parties hereby agree that the information required to be provided on IRS Forms W-▇▇▇▇, ▇-▇▇▇▇ and W-9 is not and shall not be deemed to be confidential and proprietary).
Tax Form means any form issued by the U.S. Department of Revenue, including, but not limited to, Form W-2, Form-1099 or Form-1040.
Tax Form shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.1.3.

Tax Form means any such forms or documents required or reasonably requested in writing in order to allow the Facility Agent or an Obligor to make a payment under this Agreement or any Finance Document without any Tax Deduction (or without incurring any obligation to indemnify in respect of Tax) or with such Tax Deduction (or indemnification) at a reduced rate, so long as the completion, execution or submission of such form or document would not materially prejudice the legal or commercial position of the party in receipt of such demand.
Tax Form means a completed and executed IRS Form W-9 or appropriate series of Form W-8, as applicable.
Tax Form means any acknowledgement, agreement, application, authorization, certificate, claim, declaration, license, election, notice, registration, report, request, return, worksheet, or other document prescribed by the Finance Director for administration of Title IV of the Code.

Tax Form means a document prescribed by the tax commissioner requesting specific information, and includes a document submitted to the tax commissioner by means of electronic transmission, such as wires, cables, electromagnetic waves, light waves, or similar media now in existence or that may be devised.
Tax Form means any form issued by the United States internal revenue service, including, but not limited to, Form W-2, Form-1099 or Form-1040.
