Access to your Property. 4.5.1 You must allow us or our Employees access to the Property at all reasonable hours to carry out repairs, Improvements, planned programmes, gas servicing and any safety checks, to inspect its condition and to complete new Tenancy visits and Tenancy Home checks. If we believe there to be a risk of personal injury or a risk of damage to the Property or an adjoining Property or in order to comply with our statutory duties, you must allow us or our Employees immediate access to the Property. In these circumstances or if we consider there to be an emergency we will force entry into the Property if necessary.

We reserve the right to check your System and meter(s) to ensure a match to the details as provided by you. If We find the information you have provided to be incorrect this agreement and Your SEG Confirmation may be void.

  • Access to the Property At such times as COUNTY and PURCHASER may mutually agree prior to the closing, COUNTY shall provide to PURCHASER or to its employees, agents, and contractors: (i) reasonable access to the Property and to the books, records, and personnel of COUNTY relating thereto for the purpose of making any surveys, inspections, or investigations permitted by this Agreement; and (ii) such information regarding the Property as PURCHASER or its employees, agents, and contractors may reasonably request. PURCHASER shall promptly repair any damage to the Property caused by its or any such person(s) entry upon the Property and shall hold COUNTY harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with any such entry upon the Property.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Access to Information Systems Access, if any, to DXC’s Information Systems is granted solely to perform the Services under this Order, and is limited to those specific DXC Information Systems, time periods and personnel as are separately agreed to by DXC and Supplier from time to time.   • Access to the Premises Except as provided by local ordinance, after a good faith effort to give notice, the Lessor, its agents or employees shall have access at all reasonable hours to the leased premises for the purpose of examining or exhibiting the premises to prospective buyers or prospective residents, or for making alterations or repairs on the premises which the Lessor deems necessary. Lessor shall have access at all reasonable hours to perform Lessee requested repairs, unless indicated to the contrary by Lessee.   • Access to Collateral; Books and Records At reasonable times, on three (3) Business Days' notice (provided no notice is required if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing), Bank, or its agents, shall have the right to inspect the Collateral and the right to audit and copy Borrower's Books. The foregoing inspections and audits shall be conducted at Borrower's expense and no more often than once every twelve (12) months (or more frequently as Bank determines in its sole discretion that conditions warrant) unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing in which case such inspections and audits shall occur as often as Bank shall determine is necessary. The charge therefor shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per person per day (or such higher amount as shall represent Bank's then-current standard charge for the same), plus reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. In the event Borrower and Bank schedule an audit more than ten (10) days in advance, and Borrower cancels or seeks to or reschedules the audit with less than ten (10) days written notice to Bank, then (without limiting any of Bank's rights or remedies) Borrower shall pay Bank a fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) plus any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Bank to compensate Bank for the anticipated costs and expenses of the cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Access to Data Operator shall make Data in the possession of the Operator available to the LEA within five (5) business days of a request by the LEA.

To the extent not located at the offices or properties of TPC as of the Closing Date, as promptly as practicable thereafter, CCE shall deliver, or cause its appropriate Affiliates to deliver to ETP all of the books of accounts, minute books, record books and other records (including safety, health, environmental, maintenance and engineering records and drawings) pertaining to the business operations of TPC and all financial and accounting records related to TPC. Such delivery shall include all work papers, pleadings, testimony, exhibits, spread sheets, research, drafts, memoranda, correspondence and other documents related to the TPC Rate Case (“TPC Rate Case Work Product”). TPC Rate Case Work Product has been and will be prepared in contemplation of litigation, and the use of TPC Rate Case Work Product has been and will be under the control of TPC’s attorneys. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, CCE shall not be obligated to provide to ETP any documents or records relating to litigation and regulatory matters in which TPC is involved to the extent that CCE reasonably believes such documents or records are subject to the attorney-client or other applicable privilege in circumstances in which TPC is not the sole client unless the parties entitled to such attorney-client or other applicable privilege shall consent thereto and enter into an appropriate joint defense agreement for the purpose of preservation of such attorney-client or other applicable privilege.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.
