Access to Shop Stewards. Employees may consult with the Shop Xxxxxxx during their breaks. Outside of break times and if necessary, employees may consult with the Shop Xxxxxxx about a union matter for a minimal amount of time during working hours provided they have obtained the permission of a Company supervisor in advance.

Access to Shop Stewards. Employees who wish to leave their work station in order to consult with their Shop Xxxxxxx or Plant Chairperson during working hours regarding a time sensitive matter arising out of the collective agreement can do so without loss of pay, providing they obtain prior authorization from their Supervisor or, in their absence, another Supervisor on duty if their Supervisor is not available. This authorization will not be unreasonably withheld.
Access to Shop Stewards. Employees who wish to consult with their Shop Xxxxxxx during working hours in order to deal with a Union matter can do so without loss of pay, providing they obtain prior authorization from their Supervisor or Operations Manager if their Supervisor is not available, and this authorization will not be withheld or delayed without just cause. Time spent in consultation will be kept to a necessary minimum.

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use.
