ACCESS TO APARTMENT. A. Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing shall at all times during the term of this Contract retain legal ownership and ultimate possession and control of the Student's apartment and/or Georgia Institute of Technology property assigned to such apartment. Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing reserves the right to maintain and preserve the residence halls/apartments. The Student hereby agrees that Housing staff and Georgia Institute of Technology Facilities personnel may enter the Student's apartment at any reasonable time for safety inspection, maintenance, cleaning, inventories, epidemic or emergency, to claim Georgia Institute of Technology property, pest control, occupancy verification and/or general repair. The Student hereby authorizes Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing personnel to allow access to the Student's apartment when access is requested by any law enforcement officer possessing a valid search or arrest warrant. Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing reserves the right to remove and hold in storage any items deemed hazardous to the building or its occupants (i.e., explosives, firearms, propane, gas, alcohol, chemicals, open flame burning items, hunting bows, weapons etc.).

ACCESS TO APARTMENT. University and its authorized representative shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter the apartment to ensure Leaseholder’s compliance with the Lease, to conduct health and safety inspections, and to perform ordinary maintenance, including but not limited to pest treatment. University shall provide Leaseholder at least 24 hours’ advance notice in such situations, except in the event of imminent danger to life, safety, health, or property, maintenance services requested by Leaseholder, or fire safety inspections.
ACCESS TO APARTMENT. Tenant recognizes that the Landlord owns the Apartment in which the Tenant resides and, as such, the Landlord is entitled to reasonable access to the premises to protect and preserve the Apartment. Tenant acknowledges that, in case of emergency, the Landlord is entitled to immediate access to the Apartment. At all other times, Xxxxxx acknowledges that the Landlord is entitled to access to the Apartment with access to be provided by the Tenant between the hours of 8:30 am and 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, upon being given twenty-four (24) hours notice by the Landlord. Should Tenant unreasonably refuse Landlord access to the Apartment after proper notice is received, this shall constitute a substantial violations of the Lease, for which the Landlord may evict the Tenant.

The Landlord is permitted to show the Apartment to prospective tenants within three months before the Lease end date. The Landlord may enter the Apartment at any time without notice in case of emergency.

ACCESS TO APARTMENT. The Company reserves the right to access the premises for maintenance, viewings, and inspections by issuing the Tenant a 2-day notification in writing. The tenant shall not unreasonably withhold such requests from the Company.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Access to Public Records The Department may unilaterally cancel this Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing public access to all documents, papers, letters or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.

  • Access to Property Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.
