Access to Public Records has been renamed to “Public Records,” deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: The Department may unilaterally cancel this Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing public access to all documents, papers, letters or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and section 119.07(1), F.S.
