Based on the request of the university, JAXA will accept single or multiple students from the university as an intern (hereinafter referred to as the “Intern”) under Article 3 Paragraph 2 of the Student Acceptance Implementation Provisions (Regulation 29‐48) of JAXA and conduct guidance for the internship as listed on appendix.

Acceptance of Students. Vendor shall handle all routes and transport all students assigned to it by CHCCS. Vendor shall not refuse any student assigned to it, and the refusal to transport any individual student shall be cause for termination of this Agreement, without limitation to any other remedies available to CHCCS. Vendor expressly recognizes that some students requiring special transportation services may be behaviorally or emotionally challenged and that others may have medical conditions requiring close attention to their needs. Vendor shall ensure that its drivers are appropriately trained and prepared to meet the challenges of transporting special needs students and that all students shall be treated at all times with dignity and respect.

  • Acceptance of AAU You will have accepted an AAU for an Offering if: (a) we receive your acceptance, prior to the time specified in the Invitation Wire for such Offering, by wire, telex, telecopy or electronic data transmission, or other written communication (any such communication being deemed “In Writing”) or orally (if promptly confirmed In Writing), in the manner specified in the Invitation Wire, of our invitation to participate in the Offering, or (b) notwithstanding that we did not send you an Invitation Wire or you have not otherwise responded In Writing to any such Wire, you: (i) agree (orally or by a Wire) to be named as an Underwriter in the relevant Underwriting Agreement executed by us as Manager, or (ii) receive and retain an economic benefit for participating in the Offering as an Underwriter. Your acceptance of the invitation to participate will cause such AAU to constitute a valid and binding contract between us. Your acceptance of the AAU as provided above or an Invitation Wire will also constitute acceptance by you of the terms of subsequent Wires to you relating to the Offering unless we receive In Writing, within the time and in the manner specified in such subsequent Wire, a notice from you to the effect that you do not accept the terms of such subsequent Wire, in which case you will be deemed to have elected not to participate in the Offering.

  • Acceptance of the Work 19.1 The Contractor shall correct any Work that fails to conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents where such failure to conform appears during the progress of the Work, and shall remedy any defects due to faulty permitting, design, materials, equipment or workmanship which appear within a period of one year from the Date of Final Settlement of the Contract or within such longer period of time as may be prescribed by law or by the terms of any applicable special guarantee required by the Contract Documents.
