PERSONAL CONDUCT. Executive agrees promptly and faithfully to comply with all present and future policies, requirements, directions, requests and rules and regulations of Company in connection with Company’s business. Executive further agrees to conform to all laws and regulations and not at any time to commit any act or become involved in any situation or occurrence tending to bring Company into public scandal, ridicule or which will reflect unfavorably on the reputation of Company.

PERSONAL CONDUCT. I understand that the responsibilities and circumstances of an off-campus internship may require a standard of professional decorum. Therefore, I indicate my willingness to understand and conform to the professional standards of the internship site. I further understand that it is important to the success of the present internship and continuance of further internships that interns observe standards of conduct that would not compromise Occidental College in the eyes of individuals and organizations with which it has dealings, and I acknowledge the Hameetman Career Center Director’s responsibility for setting rules and interpreting conduct for this purpose. I agree that should the internship agency or Xxxxxxxxx Career Center Director decide that I must be terminated from my internship because of conduct that might bring the program into disrepute, or the internship into jeopardy, that decision will be final and may result in the loss of credit. GENERAL RELEASE I am aware of a number of potential risks inherent in my participation in this internship, all of which are beyond the control of Occidental College. PERSONAL CONDUCT. The Intern agrees to:  continue to uphold high moral values, as he/she will be representing Liberty University as an intern;  become familiar with the Liberty Way in order to have a complete understanding of how to follow the Internship Guidelines;  the policies of the Liberty Way specific to the administration of eight or more reprimands being applicable to his/her internship;  an immediate dismissal from his/her internship position, as well as disciplinary action in accordance with the Liberty Way, upon the accrual of 16 or more reprimands. RELATIONS WITH OTHERS - Intern agrees that: He/she is under the honor code of the Liberty Way in regard to personal matters with other interns, and if he/she:  should witness what is considered to be an infraction of school policy, it is his/her responsibility to first confront the student and request that the intern report immediately to the Experiential Education Coordinator, and then report the alleged infraction and those involved to the Experiential Education Coordinator;  fails to uphold the code by ignoring major infractions of school policy by not giving full disclosure, he/she will be deemed as responsible as the person who violates the school policy, and will receive appropriate discipline. A violation of school policy is considered a betrayal of the Liberty Way and is treated as such;  has a personal problem with his/her employer, or any other person with whom he/she is affiliated as an intern, he/she should try to politely resolve it directly with the person involved, and then if necessary, he/she should contact the Liberty University Faculty Intern Advisor responsible for his/her internship or the Experiential Education Coordinator who will make further contacts. INTERNSHIP POLICIES - Intern agrees that:  he/she will fulfill his/her obligation to the organization according to the terms delineated on the internship agreement, and that if he/she is dismissed by the organization because of unprofessional practices, the internship shall be and have unsuccessfully completed the internship requirements, he/she may receive a failing grade for the course and may also be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the Liberty Way;  an internship course may be dropped without academic or financial penalty only in those instances wherein Liberty University determines that the organization has significantly departed from the terms of the Student Internship Agreement;  the internship course assignments...

PERSONAL CONDUCT. I understand that the responsibilities and circumstances of an off-campus Program may require a standard of professional etiquette that may differ from that of Central Washington University. Therefore, I indicate my willingness to understand and conform to the professional standards of the Program site. In addition, I am in full understanding that the designated Program site has requirements which I must meet prior to starting at the Program site, and failure to provide such documentation may result in immediate cancellation of my Program experience. I agree to provide all site-required documentation to the Director of Career Services prior to starting my Program. I also further understand that it is important to the success of the present Program, and the continuance of future Programs, that interns observe standards of conduct that would not compromise Central Washington University in the eyes of individuals and organizations with which it has dealings. I acknowledge the responsibility of Central Washington University and its Associate Director of Career Services and the Professor involved in the Program to set rules and interpret conduct for this purpose. I agree that should Central Washington University and its Career Services Associate Director or the Professor of the Program decide that I must be terminated from my Program because of conduct that might bring the Program into disrepute or the Program site into jeopardy, that decision will be final and may result in the loss of academic credit.
PERSONAL CONDUCT. Employee agrees to comply with all applicable policies, requirements, directions, requests, and rules of Company, and further agrees to not at any time commit any act, or become involved in any situation or occurrence, that may reflect unfavorably on Company’s reputation, bring Company into public scandal, or subject Company to ridicule, as determined solely by Company, including but not limited to matters of moral turpitude, theft, fraud, or deceit. Employee acknowledges and agrees that violation of this Section 7 may subject Employee to disciplinary action, including, without limitation, termination of employment. It is understood and agreed that nothing in this Section will be interpreted or applied in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable laws or in a manner that would interfere with Employee’s rights under the National Labor Relations Act.

I agree that should the Internship Liaison and/or the Career Center personnel decide that I must be terminated from my internship because of conduct that might bring the program into disrepute, or the internship into jeopardy, that decision will be final and may result in loss of credit.
