Ebookers Site(s) definition

Ebookers Site(s) means each of the following European-targeted Online Travel Agencies owned or operated by or on behalf of Orbitz: xxx.xxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, and xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx, including any subdomains or successors of any of the foregoing, as accessed by any medium or means now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation, wireless, broadband and handheld devices. For clarity, the Orbitz Domestic Online Travel Agency websites (and any sub-domains thereof) shall not be considered “Ebookers Sites”.

Examples of Ebookers Site(s) in a sentence

  • This Agreement will become effective as of the Effective Date, and unless terminated or extended as set forth herein, will remain effective (a) with respect to all terms and conditions related to the Orbitz Domestic Online Travel Agencies, through December 31, 2013 (the “Orbitz Domestic Online Travel Agencies Term”), and (b) with respect to all terms and conditions related to the Ebookers Sites, through December 31, 2012 (the “Ebookers Sites Term”).

  • The Orbitz Domestic Online Travel Agencies Term, the Ebookers Sites Term, and (if applicable) any extension of either tem mutually agreed in writing by the parties, will be known collectively as the “Term”.

  • Starting on July 1, 2007 and continuing throughout the Term, Orbitz will pay Kayak a share of Net Revenue for Orbitz Domestic Online Travel Agencies (“Orbitz Domestic OTA Net Revenue Share Fee”) and for the Ebookers Sites (“Ebookers Net Revenue Share Fee”) in accordance with Exhibit E.

  • Commencing on the Second Amendment Effective Date and continuing throughout the Ebookers Sites Term, Orbitz will pay Kayak a Net Revenue Share (“Ebookers Net Revenue Share”) of: (A) commencing January 1, 2009 and continuing through December 31, 2009, [ ]* of Net Revenue arising from Ebookers Transactions; and (B) commencing on January 1, 2010 and continuing through the remainder of the Ebookers Sites Term, [ ]* of Net Revenue arising from Ebookers Transactions.

Related to Ebookers Site(s)

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Airport System means two or more airports grouped together and serving the same city or conurbation, as indicated in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4 means a conveyance or system of conveyances (including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, man-made channels, or storm drains):

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements (including communication links and the components that control the unmanned air- craft) that are required for the operator to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.’’.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • VNXX Traffic is all traffic originated by a Party’s End User Customer and dialed with a local dialing pattern that is not terminated to the other Party’s End User Customer physically located within the same CenturyLink Local Calling Area (as approved by the state Commission) as the originating caller, regardless of the NPA-NXX dialed. VNXX does not include originating 8XX traffic.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.
