Project Architect. Landlord has engaged Xxxxxxx & Will as the architect for the Non-TI Project Improvements (the “Project Architect”).
Project Architect. As soon as commercially reasonable after the Conditions to City Obligations are satisfied, City, upon consultation with Club and BSD, shall have selected the Project Architect in accordance with any requirements of Applicable Law, including procurement laws applicable to City.

Authority and Developer shall mutually consider proposals from, select from among, and (one of the parties) retain a qualified, experience professional architect to work with the Parties in preparation of the Plan for Avon/Dakota and implementation of the Phase or Phase of such Plan (“Project Architect”). Once the Plan is prepared and completed and one or more Properties are acquired for a Phase or Phases, then as to each Phase to be implemented pursuant to a Phase Affordable Housing Agreement and, as applicable, Phase Implementation Agreement Developer may change and select a different architect for a Phase or Phases, but each new architect shall be subject to the prior approval of Authority and if approved shall then be the Project Architect.
Project Architect the Design Consultant designated and retained by Owner to prepare the Construction Documents and satisfy the obligations of the Architect/Engineer under the UGC and SGC.

Project Architect. Pursuant to Section 11(a) of the TERO Ordinance, a covered employer with a construction contract in the amount of $100,000 or more shall pay ½ of 1% of the total amount of the contract, such fee shall be paid by the employer prior to commencing work. Other than construction, covered employers with 20 or more employees or with gross sales of $100,000 or more shall pay a quarterly fee of 1/2 of 1% of employees' quarterly payroll. The contractor is required to inform TERO of any changes in the contract. Payment will be made by money order to the “Tohono X’xxxxx Nation”, P.O. Box 837, Sells, Arizona 85634 and processed through the TERO Office. Please include project title. NOTE: Installments of the TERO Fee require written approval from the TERO Director/Administrator which includes an interest rate. TERO Fees are paid by Primary Contractor of construction project.

Project Architect. Architect shall name a specific individual to act as Project Architect, subject to the approval of WestEd. Architect hereby designates [INSERT NAME OF INDIVIDUAL ARCHITECT] (License No. [INSERT NUMBER]) to act as the Project Architect for the Project. The Project Architect shall: (1) maintain oversight of the Services; (2) have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Architect for all purposes under this Agreement; (3) supervise and direct the Services using his or her best skill and attention; (4) be responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures used for the Services; (5) adequately coordinate all portions of the Services; and (6) act as principal contact with WestEd and all contractors, consultants, engineers and inspectors on the Project. Any change in the Project Architect shall be subject to WestEd’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The new Project Architect shall be of at least equal competence as the prior Project Architect. In the event that WestEd and Architect cannot agree as to the substitution of a new Project Architect, WestEd shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause.
