Change in the Project Sample Clauses

Change in the Project. The Borrower makes substantial changes to or does not complete the Project as described in the Application, and such changes have a Material Adverse Effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such change affects the eligibility of the Borrower under the Act or the guidelines promulgated by the Department, even if it is not deemed to have a Material Adverse Effect, the change in Project shall be an Event of Default.

Change in the Project. Change Orders ‐ The County, without invalidating this Agreement, may order Changes in the Project within the general scope of this Agreement consisting of additions, deletions or other revisions, the GMP, and the construction completion date contained in Exhibit D, being adjusted accordingly. All changes in the Project not covered by an authorized contingency shall be authorized by Change Order signed by the County before the change is implemented.

  • Changes in the Work The Department may order changes in the work, the Contract Amount being adjusted accordingly. Any monetary adjustment or any substantive change in the work shall be in the form of an amendment, signed by both parties and approved by the State Purchases Review Committee. Said amendment must be effective prior to execution of the work.
