Xxxxxx Security Agreement definition

Xxxxxx Security Agreement has the meaning specified in the recitals.

Xxxxxx Security Agreement means the Security Agreement executed and ------------------------- delivered by Xxxxxx pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Xxxxxx Security Agreement means the Security Agreement to be entered into by and between CCA, as debtor, and the Xxxxxx Trust, as secured party, pursuant to which CCA will grant to the Xxxxxx Trust a security interest in all of CCA’s assets as security for the Xxxxxx Note, in the form of Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Xxxxxx Security Agreement

Xxxxxx Security Agreement means that certain July 2009 Amended and Restated Security Agreement, dated as of July 7, 2009, by and among Xxxxxx, Parent, and the First Lien Excluded Subsidiaries.

Xxxxxx Security Agreement means the pledge and security agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1-E to be executed by Xxxxxx at the Closing to pledge and grant a security interest in all assets of Xxxxxx as security for the Xxxxxx Guaranty.
