Xxxxxx Joint Venture definition

Xxxxxx Joint Venture means the joint venture carried on under that name as constituted from time to time pursuant to the Mt Xxxxxx Joint Venture Agreement dated 1 February 1967.
Xxxxxx Joint Venture means the joint venture involving the sale of no more than 75% of Bison Midstream, LLC, Meadowlark Midstream Company, LLC and any of its wholly owned subsidiaries, or any combination thereof.
