Collateral Agent definition

Collateral Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Collateral Agent means the Administrative Agent acting as collateral agent for the Secured Creditors pursuant to the Security Documents.

• The ABL Collateral Agent shall have the exclusive right to enforce rights, exercise remedies (including set off) and make determinations regarding the disposition of the ABL Priority Collateral without any consultation with or the consent of any Term Loan Collateral Agent or any Term Loan Secured Party.
