Trademark Security Agreements definition

Trademark Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

Trademark Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreements dated as of the Closing Date made in favor of Collateral Agent and the Lenders by each applicable Credit Party and any trademark security agreement entered into after the Closing Date (as required by the Agreement or any other Credit Document), in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
