U.S. Security Agreement definition

U.S. Security Agreement means the security and pledge agreement, dated as of the Original Closing Date (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), executed in favor of the Administrative Agent and the other “Secured Parties” described therein by each of the Loan Parties party thereto.
U.S. Security Agreement means the U.S. Security Agreement, dated as of the Funding Date, in substantially the form of Exhibit G-1 among the Borrowers, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, granting a security interest in the personal Property constituting Collateral thereunder in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
U.S. Security Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.09.
