This Agreement is not intended to constitute, and does not constitute, a novation of the obligations and liabilities under the Original Credit Agreement (including the Borrower Obligations) or to evidence, and does not evidence, payment of all or any portion of such obligations and liabilities.
Interest and fee pricing with respect to Pre-Existing Borrowings for any period prior to the Effective Date shall be as set out in the Original Credit Agreement.
