Copyright Security Agreement definition

Copyright Security Agreement means each Copyright Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Copyright Security Agreement means the Copyright Security Agreement, substantially in the form attached to the Security Agreement or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Company, by certain Loan Parties in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Copyright Security Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the Security Agreement.

Examples of Copyright Security Agreement in a sentence

  • This Copyright Security Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument, and any party hereto may execute this Copyright Security Agreement by signing and delivering one or more counterparts.

  • In the event of any conflict between any provision in this Agreement and a provision in a Copyright Security Agreement, Trademark Security Agreement or Patent Security Agreement, such provision of this Agreement shall control.

Copyright Security Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the Guaranty and Security Agreement.
Copyright Security Agreement means a Copyright Security Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, renewed or replaced from time to time by delivery of a Copyright Security Agreement Supplement or otherwise.
