Copyright Security Agreement definition

Copyright Security Agreement means each Copyright Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

Copyright Security Agreement means the Copyright Security Agreement, substantially in the form attached to the Security Agreement or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Company, by certain Loan Parties in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

Copyright Security Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the Security Agreement.

Examples of Copyright Security Agreement in a sentence

• This Copyright Security Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument, and any party hereto may execute this Copyright Security Agreement by signing and delivering one or more counterparts.

• In the event of any conflict between any provision in this Agreement and a provision in a Copyright Security Agreement, Trademark Security Agreement or Patent Security Agreement, such provision of this Agreement shall control.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Copyright Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

• This Copyright Security Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties on separate counterparts, each of which, when executed and delivered, shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which, when taken together, shall constitute but one and the same Copyright Security Agreement.

• Without limiting Grantors’ obligations under this Section, Grantors hereby authorize Agent unilaterally to modify this Copyright Security Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any future United States registered copyrights or applications therefor of each Grantor.

Copyright Security Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the Guaranty and Security Agreement.

Copyright Security Agreement means a Copyright Security Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1 hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, renewed or replaced from time to time by delivery of a Copyright Security Agreement Supplement or otherwise.

Copyright Security Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 3 hereto.

Copyright Security Agreement means the Copyright Security Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit II.

Copyright Security Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 4 hereto.

Copyright Security Agreement means any Copyright Security Agreement executed by a Loan Party owning registered Copyrights or applications for Copyrights in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, both on the Closing Date and thereafter.

Copyright Security Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 6 hereto.
