More Definitions of IP Security Agreement Supplement

IP Security Agreement Supplement means any Copyright Security Agreement Supplement, Patent Security Agreement Supplement or Trademark Security Agreement Supplement, as such terms are defined in Section 1.3 of the Security Agreement.

IP Security Agreement Supplement means each IP Security Agreement Supplement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the IP Security Agreement executed and delivered by a Guarantor to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12 or otherwise.

IP Security Agreement Supplement means any supplement to the Intellectual Property Security Agreement delivered from time to time, whether pursuant to Section 6.12 or otherwise.

IP Security Agreement Supplement means a supplement delivered in connection with any Intellectual Property Security Agreement, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

IP Security Agreement Supplement any Copyright Security Agreement, Patent Security Agreement or Trademark Security Agreement (as each term is defined in the Security Agreement) executed after the Original Closing Date.

IP Security Agreement Supplement shall have the meaning specified in Section 10(g).
