Copyright Security Agreements definition

Copyright Security Agreements means the Copyright Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

Copyright Security Agreements means, collectively, any copyright property security agreements in respect of any copyright property that may be entered into after the Closing Date and that is required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.12, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Copyright Security Agreements means the Copyright Security Agreements executed and delivered by the Grantors party thereto from time to time, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, and substantially in the form of Exhibit M.

More Definitions of Copyright Security Agreements

Copyright Security Agreements means the Copyright Security Agreements made in favor of the Trustee as the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the present and future Holders of Secured Obligations by each applicable Obligor;

Copyright Security Agreements means the Copyright Security Agreement listed on Schedule 1.1(A), and any similar document delivered by any Credit Party, as amended, modified or restated from time to time.

Copyright Security Agreements means any copyright security agreement entered into on or after the Closing Date (as required by this Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document), in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, renewed or replaced from time to time.

Copyright Security Agreements means those certain Copyright Security Agreements dated as of May 23, 2003 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

Copyright Security Agreements means the US Copyright Security Agreement and the Canadian Copyright Security Agreement.

Copyright Security Agreements means any and all copyright security agreements entered into by the Credit Parties in favor of the Collateral Agent (as required by the Agreement or any other Credit Document), in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Copyright Security Agreements means, collectively, the Copyright Security Agreements made in favor of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lender Group, from time to time, including, without limitation, all Copyright Security Agreements entered into prior to the Agreement Date.
