Xbox Live WebServices definition

Xbox Live WebServices means certain game data information services related to the Titles that Publisher will make available to Xbox Live Users via connections between Xbox Live and the Web Portal and between the Publisher’s XLSP servers and the Web Portal. The Xbox Live WebServices will include solely game data provided from the Publisher’s XLSP servers, and game statistics, storage, presence and profile information from Xbox Live. Publisher and Microsoft may agree on the addition of additional information and titles from time to time.

  • The implementation of Xbox Live WebServices is subject to the review and approval of Microsoft through the same approval process as set forth in the Xbox 360 PLA, and are subject to the same terms and policies which to which any Title and/or Online Content is subject per the Xbox 360 PLA.

  • In order to gain approval, Publisher may be reasonably required to submit additional information about its server architecture and access to its server environment sufficient to enable Microsoft to conduct testing of the Xbox Live WebServices.

  • Publisher shall allow Microsoft access to the Xbox Live WebServices technical set up for this purpose.

  • Subject to the prior written approval of Microsoft, Publisher may engage third parties for the purpose of integrating the Xbox Live WebServices with the Web Portal.

  • Publisher is responsible for ensuring that the Xbox Live WebServices and the Web Portal comply with all legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which such are made available.

  • Publisher’s continued access to the Xbox Live WebServices is subject to periodic privacy review by Microsoft.

  • These requirements are in addition to any other requirements that apply to the Xbox Live WebServices as set forth in the Xbox 360 PLA (including the Xbox 360 Publisher Guide).

  • In the event Publisher fails to perform any of it obligations under this Agreement, Microsoft may, without limiting its other rights or remedies, restrict access to the Xbox Live WebServices from Xbox Live.

Related to Xbox Live WebServices

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Hosting means the act of providing service and access to Client Content by the Internet.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
