Company Governing Documents definition

Company Governing Documents means the Company Bylaws and the Company Certificate.
Company Governing Documents has the meaning set out in Section 4.1;
Company Governing Documents means the articles of incorporation and by-laws of the Company and, where applicable, the certificates, articles and by-laws of its Subsidiaries.

Company Governing Documents has the meaning set out in Section 1 of Schedule C;
