Site Instruction definition

Site Instruction means a written order to the Contractor issued by the Employer or his representative after Contract signature authorizing minor alterations, additions, deletions or revisions in the agreed scope of work which shall not require an adjustment to the Contract Period or the Contract Price.
Site Instruction means an instruction in writing issued by the Town to the Contractor regarding the Work or performance of the Work. A Site Instruction may or may not be followed by a Change Order.
Site Instruction means a site instruction within the meaning of the Supplementary General Conditions, and for greater certainty a written instruction prepared by the Consultant directing a change in the manner of carrying out the Work or a change to the Work that does not depart in substance from the general scope of the Work required to be carried out under the Contract Documents;
