Corporate Documents definition

Corporate Documents means the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or its Bylaws, as amended.
Corporate Documents means, with respect to any entity, such entity’s articles or certificate of incorporation, by-laws, memorandum and articles of association, limited liability company agreement or partnership agreement, as applicable, and any other organizational documents of such entity.
Corporate Documents means the documents listed in paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 (Documents).

Corporate Documents means, as applicable, the certificate of incorporation and by-laws (or any other applicable organizational documents) of the Debtors in effect as of the Petition Date.
