Work Order Term definition

Work Order Term means the Work Order Initial Term together with any subsequent Work Order Renewal Periods.
Work Order Term means the time between and inclusive of a Work Order Effective Date and a Work Order Expiration Date for a specific Work Order.
Work Order Term means, with respect to any Work Order, the period of time identified as such in such Work Order.

  • If the Contractor fails to perform within the first 30 days of the Work Order Term, the Contractor may be replaced.

  • With respect to the Content provided by Customer in connection the Site supported by Sabre under the SabreSonic Web System, Customer grants to Sabre a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted under the Agreement), worldwide right and license during the Work Order Term to use, reproduce, electronically distribute, and publicly display the Content as required by this Work Order.

  • HP shall render Services to Sony for the period set forth in the applicable Work Order ("Work Order Term"), subject to Section 11 hereof.

  • During the Work Order Term and any Transition Period, Customer will have access to a Sabre Support Desk twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, accessible via the internet, email, teletype and/or telephone support.

Related to Work Order Term

  • Order Term means the period of time starting on the Services Start Date for the Services and continuing for the period indicated on the Order Form unless terminated in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Order Form Term means the duration of an Order Form.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;

  • Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Annual Work Plan means any of the Annual Work Plans.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
