Weighted Percentage definition

Weighted Percentage means with respect to any Lender, its percentage share as set forth in Schedule 1.2, as such Schedule may be revised by the Agent from time to time, which percentage shall be calculated as follows:
Weighted Percentage means a percentage equal to the Pre-IPO Percentage plus the Post-IPO Percentage.
Weighted Percentage means with respect to any Lender, its weighted percentage calculated by dividing (i) the sum of (x) its Revolving Credit Commitment Amount plus (y) its Term Loan Amount by (ii) the sum of (x) the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment (or, if the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment has been terminated (whether by maturity, acceleration or otherwise), the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Revolving Credit, including any outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations and outstanding Swing Line Advances), plus (y) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness outstanding under the Term Loan. Annex II reflects each Lender’s Weighted Percentage and may be revised by the Agent from time to time to reflect changes in the Weighted Percentages of the Lenders.
