Class B-1 Percentage. Class B-1 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the excess, if any, of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates immediately prior to such date over the aggregate amount, if any, payable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates on such date pursuant to Section 4.01(b)(i)(Z), and the denominator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date.
