Class B-1 Percentage definition

Class B-1 Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.
Class B-1 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

Class B-1 Percentage. With respect to each Distribution Date, the percentage derived from the fraction (which shall not be greater than 1), the numerator of which is the Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the sum of the Class A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class M-1 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, the Class M-2 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance and the Class B-2 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, each immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

Class B-1 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the excess, if any, of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates immediately prior to such date over the aggregate amount, if any, payable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates on such date pursuant to Section 4.01(b)(ii)(Z), and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balance of each of the Mortgage Loans, plus (ii) the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balance of each of the REO Properties, in each case before reduction for any Realized Losses on such Distribution Date.
Class B-1 Percentage means, as to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Amount immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the Senior Class Principal Amount, (ii) the Class B-1 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, (xxx) xxx Class B-2 Principal Amount and (iv) the Invested Amount, in each case immediately prior to such date.
Class B-1 Percentage. At any given time, the lesser of (i) 100%, (ii) the positive difference, if any, between 100% and the Class A Percentage, and (iii) the percentage (expressed as a decimal and carried to six places rounded up) obtained by dividing the aggregate Class B-1 Certificate Principal Balance by an amount equal to the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Subsidiary Regular Interest Certificates.
