Swing Line Advances has the meaning given it in Section 2.4.

Swing Line Advances mean loans made by a Swing Line Lender to Borrower or the Co-Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.7.

• Principal and interest on Swing Line Advances requested, or deemed requested, pursuant to this Section shall be paid pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Sweep Agreement without any deduction, setoff or counterclaim whatsoever.

• At any time during which the “Sweep to Loan” system is in effect, Swing Line Advances shall be advanced to fund borrowing needs pursuant to the terms of the Sweep Agreement.

Swing Line Advances has the meaning specified in subsection 2.03(a).

Swing Line Advances means a Prime Rate Advance, a US Base Rate Advance or the issuance of a Letter of Credit (in the latter case, subject to prior notice as required by the Swing Line Lender in accordance with its normal practice) under the Revolving Facility by the Swing Line Lender to the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount outstanding at any time not exceeding the Swing Line Commitment. All Swing Line Advances are available only by way of Prime Rate Advances, US Base Rate Advances or the issuance of Letters of Credit, and may not be converted into any other form of borrowing.

Swing Line Advances means Advances made by the Swing Line Lenders to any of the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5.

Swing Line Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).
