Swing Line Advances means Advances made by the Swing Line Lender to any of the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.5.

All Swing Line Advances are available only by way of Prime Rate Advances, US Base Rate Advances or the issuance of Letters of Credit, and may not be converted into any other form of borrowing.
