# Class B-6 Percentage definition

Class B-6 Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.
Class B-6 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-6 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) immediately prior to such Distribution Date. The initial Class B-6 Percentage is approximately 0.15%.
Class B-6 Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the Class B Principal Balance.

Class B-6 Percentage means, as of any date of determination, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Amount with respect to the Class B-6 Notes and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Amount with respect to the Class B-5 Notes and the Principal Amount with respect to the Class B-6 Notes.

• Class B-4 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

• Class C Percentage means at any time the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Outstanding Amount of the Class C Notes and the denominator of which is the sum of the Outstanding Amount of all the Notes.

• Class B Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

• Original Class B-1 Percentage The Class B-1 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.08.

• Class Percentage With respect to each Class of Subordinate Certificates, for each Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Class Principal Amount of such Class immediately prior to such Distribution Date by the sum of the Class Principal Amounts of all Certificates immediately prior to such date.

• Original Class B-5 Percentage The Class B-5 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.12.

• Class A Percentage means 100% minus the Class B Percentage.

• Class B Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

• Class A Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

• Class B Loss Percentage With respect to any Determination Date and any Class of Class B Certificates then outstanding, the percentage calculated by dividing the Principal Balance of such Class by the Class B Principal Balance (determined without regard to any Principal Balance of any Class of Class B Certificates not then outstanding), in each case determined as of the preceding Determination Date.

• Funded Percentage means, with respect to any Lender at any time, a percentage equal to a fraction the numerator of which is the amount of the Aggregate Commitment actually disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by such Lender at such time, and the denominator of which is the total amount of the Aggregate Commitment disbursed and outstanding to Borrower by all of the Lenders at such time.

• Class B Interest Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, the percentage calculated by dividing the Interest Accrual Amount of such Class (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) by the Class B Interest Accrual Amount (determined without regard to clause (ii) of the definition of each Interest Accrual Amount).

• Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly.
