Revolving Credit Maximum Amount means One Hundred Twenty Million Dollars ($120,000,000), subject to any increases in the Revolving Credit Maximum Amount pursuant to Section 2.18 of this Agreement, by an amount not to exceed the Revolving Credit Optional Increase, and subject to any reductions or termination of the Revolving Credit Maximum Amount under Sections 2.15 or 9.2 of this Agreement.
