Water utility means and include the waterworks system now owned and operated by the Issuer and consisting of real estate, water rights, purification and pumping plants, reservoirs, mains, wells, pipelines, meters, hydrants, service connections, machinery, equipment and other property appurtenant thereto, and any improvements, extensions and enlargements to the Water Utility hereafter constructed or acquired.
