Water Rights definition

Water Rights means water rights of every kind and nature which shall include but not be limited to claims, decrees, applications, permits, licenses, storage rights, ditches and ditch rights, riparian and littoral rights, and all shares of stock and memberships in any canal, irrigation or other water company and including, without limitation, those water rights identified in the Mortgages and incorporated herein by reference, in each case, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented, renewed or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Mortgages.
Water Rights means water rights, water concessions, water leases and water supply agreements, ditch rights or other interests in water or water conveyance rights owned or leased by the relevant Person.
Water Rights means (including without limitation those described in Exhibit A hereto) all now or hereafter existing or acquired water and water rights, reservoirs and reservoir rights, ditches and ditch rights, ▇▇▇▇▇ and well rights, whether evidenced or initiated by permit, decree, well registration, appropriation not decreed, water court application, shares of stock or other interests in mutual ditch or reservoir companies or carrier ditch or reservoir companies or otherwise, appertaining or appurtenant to or beneficially used or useful in connection with the lands described in Exhibit A, together with all pumps, well casings, wellheads, electrical installations, pumphouses, meters, monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇ and systems, measuring devices, pipes, pipelines, and other structures or personal property which are or may be used to produce, regulate, measure, distribute, store, or use water from the said water and water rights, reservoirs and reservoir rights, ditches and ditch rights, ▇▇▇▇▇ and well rights.

Examples of Water Rights in a sentence

  • Landowner reserves, excepts and excludes any rights from Landowner’s and its Affiliates’ commitment provided for in Section 2.1(a) other than those rights expressly described as the Water Rights.

Water Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(f).
Water Rights means all water rights and conditional water rights that are appurtenant to real property owned by the Companies or that have been used or are intended for use in connection with the conduct of the business of the Companies, including but not limited to (a) ditch, well, pipeline, spring, and reservoir rights, whether or not adjudicated or evidenced by any well or other permit, (b) all rights with respect to groundwater underlying any real property owned by the Companies, (c) any permit to construct any water well, water from which is intended to be used in connection with such real property, and (d) all right, title, and interest of the Companies under any decreed or pending plan of augmentation or water exchange plan.
Water Rights means all rights to use ▇▇▇▇▇ and other water sources that exist on the Effective Date that benefit or are appurtenant to the Property and that may be reasonably necessary to conduct farming operations at the Property as currently conducted and in accordance with GAP.
Water Rights means transferable rights to the diversion, extraction or use of water arising by virtue of the ownership of land located contiguous to surface water, a water right claim, or the possession of a water right permit or certificate issued by the department of ecology.
Water Rights means water rights, water use, water discharge, dewatering, pump and treatment licenses, permits and authorizations, water leases and water supply agreements, ditch rights or other interests in water or water conveyance rights owned or leased by the relevant Person, whether or not arising under or relating to any Leased Real Property, Owned Real Property, Owned Mining Concessions, Leased Mining Concessions or Material Contract.

Water Rights means: (1) with respect to any Person, all of such Person’s right, title and interest in and to any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to property owned or leased by such Person, and (2) with respect to any property, any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to such property.
