Warranty Notice definition

Warranty Notice means a written notice of a Warranty Defect submitted by Buyer to Seller in accordance with Clause 27.2.

Warranty Notice has the meaning assigned such term in the Facilities Agreement.

Warranty Notice has the meaning set forth in the Sponsor Support Agreement.
