Response Notice definition

Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

Examples of Response Notice in a sentence

  • If Seller fails to deliver a Response Notice by the Response Deadline, Seller shall be deemed to have elected not to cure or otherwise resolve any matter set forth in the Objection Notice.

  • Any election to refer a Repurchase Request to an ADR Proceeding must be delivered to the Seller and JDCC (i) within the applicable statute of limitations period and (ii) within 30 days of the delivery by the Servicer of the Repurchase Response Notice.
