Breach Notice definition
Breach Notice means a written notice of breach given by one Party to the other, notifying the Party receiving the notice of its breach of this Contract;
Breach Notice has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);

Examples of Breach Notice in a sentence
If the Defaulting Party disputes the occurrence of an alleged (in a Breach Notice provided per the above) material breach, then the issue of whether the Non-Defaulting Party may properly terminate this Agreement on expiration of the applicable cure period will be resolved in accordance with Section 15.4 (Dispute Resolution).
