Any Cancellation Notice or Reduction Notice must be sent by [recorded delivery post] to the Organiser with reasons for such cancellation or reduction.
The Exhibitor may apply by notice in writing to the Organiser at any time prior to the Exhibition to cancel the Booking ( Cancellation Notice) or to reduce the Space (Reduction Notice).
