Xxxxx Notice definition

Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.

Xxxxx Notice means, with respect to any Person, a written notice by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to the effect that the staff has completed an investigation of such Person and intends to recommend that the SEC take enforcement action against such Person in respect of alleged securities laws violations.
