Retraction Notice definition
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Retraction Notice means a notice delivered by a CDS Participant to CDS (at its office in Toronto) on behalf of a Shareholder who desires to exercise his or her retraction privileges.
