Addition Notice definition

Addition Notice. With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Addition Notice means, with respect to any transfer of Subsequent Receivables to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, notice of the Seller's election to transfer Subsequent Receivables to the Trust, such notice to designate the related Subsequent Transfer Date and the approximate principal amount of Subsequent Receivables to be transferred on such Subsequent Transfer Date.
Addition Notice. The notice given pursuant to Section 2.13 with respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust pursuant to such Section.

  • An Addition Notice may relate to one or more Accounts on one or more Addition Dates.

  • Each GMAC Addition Notice shall specify the related Additional Cut-Off Date and shall be given (with a copy to the Rating Agencies) on or before the fifth Business Day but not more than 30 days prior to the related Addition Date.

More Definitions of Addition Notice

Addition Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).
Addition Notice means, with respect to any transfer of Subsequent Receivables to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.2, notice of the Seller’s election to transfer Subsequent Receivables to the Trust, such notice to designate the related Subsequent Transfer Date and the approximate principal amount of Subsequent Receivables to be transferred on such Subsequent Transfer Date.
Addition Notice means, with respect to any transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.03 and the Trust Depositor’s corresponding prior purchase of such Contracts from the Seller, a notice, which shall be given at least 10 days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date, identifying the aggregate Principal Balance of the Subsequent Contracts to be transferred.
Addition Notice means, with respect to each transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.03 of this Agreement, a notice, substantially in the form of Exhibit O, which shall be given not less than five Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date, of the Company's designation of Subsequent Contracts to be sold to the Trust and the aggregate Cut-off Date Principal Balances of such Subsequent Contracts.
Addition Notice means, with respect to the transfer of Subsequent Loans to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.03 of this Agreement, a notice, substantially in the form of Exhibit N, which shall be given not later than five Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date, of the Seller's designation of Subsequent Loans, as applicable, to be sold to the Trust and the aggregate Cut-off Date Principal Balances of such Subsequent Loans.
Addition Notice. With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Issuer by a Seller pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Purchase Agreement (in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit 3 to such agreement), a notice given by the respective Seller to the Rating Agencies, the Indenture Trustee, the Enhancer and the Owner Trustee, which shall be given not later than seven Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date, of (i) the Seller's designation of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Issuer and (ii) the aggregate principal balance as of the Subsequent Cut-Off Date of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans.
Addition Notice means, with respect to any transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.04 (and the Depositor's corresponding prior purchase of such Contracts from CFUSA), a notice, which shall be given at least five days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date, identifying the Subsequent Contracts to be transferred, the Contract Principal Balance of such Subsequent Contracts and the related Substitution Event (with respect to an identified Contract or Contracts then in the Contract Pool) to which such Subsequent Contract relates, with such notice to be signed both by the Depositor and CFUSA.
